Premier Focus invoices on an annual cycle. Account and billing anniversary information will be sent to you after we have processed your order. Prompt payment is necessary to ensure uninterrupted service of your account.

Payments

 

Premier Focus must receive your cheque or money order one month prior to the beginning of your invoice period for cheque clearing purposes. Late payments, expirations, chargebacks and disputes are subject to fines, suspensions and account terminations at Premier Focus's discretion. All unpaid balances incurred during period of service by Premier Focus are subject to collection.

Fees

 

Premier Focus charges a $25.00 fee for returned cheques as well as chargebacks. For international customers, if you are sending a cheque or money order, the amount must be drawn in either Canadian dollars or the equivalent in US dollars. All T/T (wire) payments must include a $25 processing fee with each payment. Our European clients may directly transfer payments in Euros to our European account. Exact payment options and instructions will be presented to you upon acceptance of your account submittance.

Cancellations

 

Any request for cancellations must be received via email, regular mail or fax and you'll receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email cancellations are not accepted.

 

Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically complete the cancellation process. Your account may be past due or delinquent in which case the balance must be settled before cancellation of an account can be possible. Domain name transfers, non-usage, Internic problems, ISP problems, or any other secondary issues not directly related to Premier Focus does not qualify an account for cancellation. Customers are urged to make sure that they receive a cancellation confirmation from Premier Focus, indicating the closure of a domain and/or an account has been completed.

Refunds

 

The following services do not qualify for refunds: additional items and services, dedicated servers, domain parking and domain name registration. Refunds are prorated to the next month.
