Currencies
We offer our clients four different currencies in which to pay their invoices, and there are various methods of payment options available.
If you have ordered a service and have received an invoice from us, then you can pay your invoice by one of the methods listed below, depending on the currency that is noted on your invoice.

Credit Card (through PayPal)
We accept credit card payments for MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discovery Card, through PayPal (www.PayPal.com) for all our invoices. In order to make a payment through PayPal, you must have an account with them, which is free. Visit their website for more information.
Money Transfer
For our European clients, we provide the option of money transfers or wire transfers to our German bank account.

Prepayments
For services that require an annual prepaid amount, Premier Focus must receive your cheque or money order one month prior to the beginning of your billing period for cheque clearing purposes.

Late Payments
Late payments, expirations, chargebacks and disputes are subject to fines, suspensions and account terminations at Premier Focus' discretion. All unpaid balances incurred during the period of service by Premier Focus are subject to collection.

Fees
Premier Focus charges a USD $25.00 fee for returned checks as well as chargebacks.

Cancellations for Domains and Hosting Accounts
Any request for cancellations must be received via email, regular mail or fax and you'll receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email cancellations are not accepted.
Submission of a cancellation request does not automatically complete the cancellation process. Your account may be past due or delinquent in which case the balance must be settled before cancellation of an account can be possible. Domain name transfers, non-usage, Internic problems, ISP problems, or any other secondary issues not directly related to Premier Focus does not qualify an account for cancellation. Customers are urged to make sure that they receive a cancellation confirmation from Premier Focus, indicating the closure of a domain and/or an account has been completed.

Refunds
The following services do not qualify for refunds: additional items and services, dedicated servers, domain parking and domain name registration.
